About
Our story, our mission, and the students we teach.
Why we exist
A village address should not decide which school a child can sit an exam for.
NavodayaStudiz prepares students from Habra and the surrounding blocks for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya selection test, Sainik School entrance and the West Bengal scholarship examinations. Every lesson we record is the same lesson we teach in the room — no shortened version for the app.

Our mission
Give every student within reach of Habra the same exam preparation a city coaching centre offers — the same lessons, the same test practice, the same attention — regardless of which village or block they travel in from.
Our vision
A network of centres across North 24 Parganas where a recorded lesson and a live class carry equal weight, so growth never means a family further from home falling further behind.
How we started
In 2018 Shuvajit Biswas began coaching eleven students for the Navodaya test in a rented room on Jessore Road. Nine of them cleared. Parents asked for a second batch, then a third. The centre has run every year since, and the recorded lessons exist because families in Gaighata and Bira could not make the evening classes.
The app carries the full syllabus so a student who misses a week does not fall behind the batch.
Why JNV and scholarship prep matters
A Navodaya seat is a fully funded residential education through Class 12. A state scholarship covers fees a family would otherwise borrow for. Both are decided by a single paper written at age ten or eleven, and both reward a student who has seen the pattern before.
Come and see a class before you enroll
Visitors are welcome at the Habra Main centre on any Sunday, 10am-1pm.
