1. Accounts

• An account is created and controlled by a parent or guardian, using their own phone number and email address. You're responsible for keeping your password or PIN confidential.
• Each account is licensed for one student and is meant to be signed in on one device at a time — logging in on a new device signs the previous one out.
• You must give accurate information at registration (student name, class, parent contact details) and keep it up to date.

2. Enrollment and payment

• Prices for each exam catalog and plan (1-year or 2-year) are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Enrollment gives access to that catalog's videos and study material for the plan duration you paid for, on the one signed-in device.
• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of enrollment. We review each request individually — contact navodayastudiz@gmail.com with your registered phone number and the catalog you enrolled in.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your login, or the access it grants, with anyone outside your household.
• Record, download, redistribute or resell any video lesson or study material.
• Attempt to bypass the one-device-per-account restriction or any other access control.
• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or in a way that disrupts it for other users.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including sharing access outside a household or attempting to circumvent content protection.

4. Content and intellectual property

All video lessons, study material, and the NavodayaStudiz name and branding belong to us or our faculty. Enrollment gives you a personal, non-transferable right to view this content for exam preparation — it does not transfer any ownership or right to redistribute it.

5. No guarantee of exam results

NavodayaStudiz prepares students using the same syllabus and lessons taught in our physical classes. We do not guarantee selection in the Navodaya test or the Ramakrishna Mission scholarship examination — results depend on many factors beyond the material we provide.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but videos, study material or the app itself may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for temporary interruptions.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of West Bengal.
